VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES!!

We are in need of a few volunteers to lead Communion Services during the week.  When we do not have a priest available to say Mass, we need someone to lead the service and give Communion to the weekday attendees.  No special skills are needed, just love for the Eucharist.  Training will be provided.  Contact Scott Steinke at ssteinke@stjohnwc.org or 777-6433.

Electrify the Festival!  We need a dozen able-bodied parishioners who can assist with electrical setup for the church festival.  Setup is on Saturday, July 24th from 8am until 1pm (lunch included).  No special electrical skills are needed.  These are not "live" lines when they are being strung.  Email Tom Deutsch at tomdeutsch@ymail.com (or call 543-1922) for more information. 

The festival volunteer website is now up and running!  Please sign up to volunteer for a shift at your favorite booth.  Go to http://festivalsched.stjohnwc.org  and click on the booth and then choose a time and date to volunteer.  This year's festival is August 6-7-8!!!  See you there!
