Attendees: Debbie, Steve

• Steve and Debbie reviewed the current status of the Drupal web site.
• Debbie reported that she worked with Intensity Software personnel to resolve issues with uploading the Ministers Schedule. It should be uploaded very soon. She also mentioned that PDS will be adding a new feature for a Ministers Schedule.
• We'd like Dan to try to upload the current calendar info to the Drupal web site.
• We still need Brett to focus on the new Home Page and interactive portions of the web site: News and Notes, From Father Mark, Meeting Minutes, and the Daily Readings links. We decided to skip working on the Forums for now.
• Stories are used for Meeting Minutes, From Father Mark, and News and Notes. Since Meeting Minutes are stories, link to the stories need to added to the home pages for sections that have minutes. It is not automatic.
• When people create their own account, they are authenicated users. One of the administrators will have to assign roles if necessary.  Who will this be?
• We need everyone to help determine what is missing from the new site. 
• Debbie is going to put a note in the bulletin inviting new members to join the committee.
• When the new site is ready, we'll need to demo the site to the Parish Staff and also talk to the Peace and Justice people and anyone else needing to add content to the site. We can get their userids setup and show them how to use the new site.
• The next meeting is scheduled for Monday, December 11 at 7:15 PM in Undercroft E. We should be able to decide on a target date for the new site. Hopefully the target will be early January 2007.
