Attendees: Brett, Steve

• Steve and Brett reviewed the current status of the Drupal web site and made good progress.
• Brett is going focus on the new Home Page and interactive portions of the web site: News and Notes, From Father Mark, Meeting Minutes, and the Daily Readings links. We decided to skip working on the Forums for now.
• We worked on the method for updating the Parish Calendar on the drupal site. Brett copied the current Parish Calendar html file and pasted it into the Drupal Parish Calendar page. On this page, we had disabled rich-text and turned on full HTML for the format. In the future, you'd need to do a <ctrl-A> to select all, then delete the old content, and then you can paste in the new Calendar. Dan should see if he can export the current calendar and upload it to the new site.
• We have determined that all Organizations/Ministries should be setup as Book Pages. We need to convert all of the current Organization/Ministries pages to book pages.
• When there is an item that can not be displayed since a user has not logged it to the web site, we need a message to explain that they need to create an account and login. We also need to determine which pages do not allow access for people that are not logged in.
• We need to finish creating the Parish Forms - we still need the Update Parishioner Info and the Subscribe to Email List forms.
• Stories are used for Meeting Minutes, From Father Mark, and News and Notes. Since Meeting Minutes are stories, link to the stories need to added to the home pages for sections that have minutes. It is not automatic.
• When people create their own account, they are authenicated users. One of the administrators will have to assign roles if necessary.
• For the Virtual Tour, etc, we are going to link to the Image Galleries instead of creating pages with the pictures embedded. Steve will update these pages. He will also update the Bas Relief info. Kathy Guenther has some pictures of the Bas Reliefs that could be added to these pages. Please send the pictures to Steve.
• There is concern that we might have trouble with the next Ministers Schedule. Debbie is going to talk to Sandy Kelly to learn more about how this has been working. We should try to work this out so that there is not a problem when the next schedule is due. The drupal site already links to the Parish Server for this.
• We need everyone to help determine what is missing from the new site. 
• The next meeting is scheduled for Monday, November 13 at 7:15 PM in Undercroft E. We should be able to decide on a target date for the new site. Hopefully the target will be early January 2007.
